Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet destinations and within two (2) hours for bank transfer destinations, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 365zk Account. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds awarded by 365zk carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before the equivalent value may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
